Refund Policy for Voice Alchemy events.

Hi there,

Here at Voice Alchemy, we want you to love our offerings. If things didn’t go as planned, here’s how refunds work:

Eligibility for refund: You can ask for a refund if:

a. Our service didn’t do what it was supposed to.

b. You tell us within 3 days of attending the event.

How to ask for a refund: Just contact us at voice.alchemy.retreats@gmail.com with:

a. Your name and contact information.

b. When you got the service.

c. What went wrong and any proof.

What we check: We’ll review your request and might ask for more details.

When you get a refund: We’ll refund if:

a. Our service didn’t match what we promised.

b. The issue is a big deal and can’t be fixed fast.

How we decide: We’ll respond within 14 days with a yes or an explanation.

Getting your money back: If it’s a yes, we’ll refund to the same account within 14 days.
